Brain Thomas Jr
We want to start this list off with the BIGGEST underachiever of the 2025 season. Brain Thomas Jr. was looking to build on a stellar rookie season, which had him listed as WR9 at the start of the season. But after a disappointing 2025 season, he finds himself as
WR50 and being named the biggest fantasy bust of the season.
WR50 and being named the biggest fantasy bust of the season.
Alvin Kamara
Kamara has been known to be one of the most consistent fantasy RBs in years past due to his bell cow status mixed with his role in the pass game. That being said, no one was surprised when he was projected to be RB13 at the beginning of the season. Yet, the Saints' RB finds himself ranked as the RB35 due to injuries and team performance, leading him
to be a fantasy underachiever.

Evan Engram
Engram has strung along a few good fantasy seasons with the Jaguars, but after he was traded to the Broncos, we all had high hopes. Sean Payton even described the TE as the Joker of the offense, which left much to be desired. He started the season with a projection of being TE9, but after a disappointing season, he finds himself being the TE28.
AJ Brown
AJ Brown has been great these last few weeks, but he's been wildly inconsistent all season. The Eagles were typically taken early in the 2nd round in most drafts as he was viewed as the WR10, yet he has scored multiple weeks with below 10 points. The Eagles' offense has been dysfunctional all season, which has impacted AJ Brown through 13 Weeks.
Jacory Croskey Merritt
Who else took a chance on JCM in the later rounds after falling victim to
the preseason “Billy” hype?? After an impressive preseason showing, JCM was slated to be the RB36 with a chance to overachieve said ranking. Even after he had the opportunity to step up with an injury to Austin Ekeler, the rookie RB never took over, leading to a huge disappointment
